Bradford College

A campaign and a library...

Bradford College approached me to shoot a campaign that would show off the diversity of its students and the courses it provided in the Further Education market. The Further Education market is highly competitive, and the youth of today is visually literate; old fashioned grip and grin images of students smiling into the camera no longer cut it. The aim here was to capture images of a standard high enough to be used on above the line advertising, but also the depth to function as the start of a library for the colleges media team. The shoots were so successful a campaign was built entirely around photography, and featured on billboards, banners and transit points across Leeds and Bradford. Education institutes have a strong pressure to keep up to date with their imagery, fashion and technology changes so fast that images can date quickly. Many institutions have in house photographic teams, but what we bring is the expertise and equipment that can provide striking material to set any school college or university apart from its competitors.
